Staff can view the status of the order, whether it is in preparation, ready for collection, in delivery, or delivered. They can see which delivery driver has been allocated which order, and when they have collected and delivered the order.
Real-Time Driver Bonuses
Managers can keep the deliveries flowing during peak periods by offering a bonus to drivers. Drivers are notified when bonuses are in operation via sms and therefore encouraged to be available to deliver.
